You can request deletion of your Swastik Sidhi customer account and related personal data at any time. This page explains how.

In the mobile app

  1. Open the Swastik Sidhi app and sign in.
  2. Go to Account → Privacy.
  3. Tap Request to delete account and confirm.

We will process pending deletion requests and remove or anonymise personal account data in line with our Privacy Policy, except where we must retain records for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention reasons (for example, completed order invoices).

By email or phone

If you cannot use the app, email us from the phone number or email linked to your account:

Subject line: Account deletion request. Include the mobile number used to register. We will verify ownership and confirm when deletion is completed.

What is deleted

  • Account profile (name, phone, saved addresses)
  • App login session and push notification tokens
  • Cart and account preferences

Order history required for accounting or dispute resolution may be retained in anonymised or restricted form as permitted by law.
